The MS 8.2 is a simple to deploy, Milan AVB ready network switch with a total of ten gigabit ready ports, eight Neutrik etherCON© Cat5 ports and two Neutrik opticalCON©
multimode fibre ports.
The MS8.2 features redundant power supplies with the main powerCON© True1 locking connector for the internal PSU and an external 18 V DC secondary PSU that could be placed on a UPS or alternate source. Two switches in combination with an NDS can be used to provide a fully redundant network.
Whether deploying a redundant or primary only networks topology the MS 8.2 is perfectly suited for small mobile applications, installation systems and spatial audio. By combining multiple switches, networks can scale up to the largest Vergence Group applications.
